STOCK MARKET

Dow Jones ended at $34,283.10 (+1.15%)

S&P 500 ended at $4,415.24 (+1.56%)

Nasdaq Composite ended at $13,798.45 (+0.94%)

The stock market ended the week with significant gains as stocks rallied recovering from the yesterday’s sell-off as Treasury yields stabilized. As a result, the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the S&P 500, and the Nasdaq Composite all increased significantly, with the Nasdaq experiencing a rise of over 2%. Moreover, despite uncertainty around when the Federal Reserve might be done cutting rates, the economy remains resilient, with a high level of unfilled job openings and solid private sector balance sheets supporting the view for a ‘softish’ economic landing.

CRYPTO MARKET

Bitcoin rose by 2.49% for the day, with a value of $37,267.28 as of 3:00 PM CST, as stated by Coin Metrics.
