STOCK MARKET

Dow Jones ended at $33,852.66 (-0.22%)

S&P 500 ended at $4,376.86 (-0.04%)

Nasdaq Composite ended at $13,591.75 (+0.27%)

The stock market experienced mixed performances with two major indexes decreasing due to indications from Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell regarding the likelihood of more interest rate hikes. As a result, the Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased, while the S&P 500 declined slightly, remaining almost unchanged. Furthermore, although the Nasdaq Composite experienced fluctuations throughout the day, it ended up with gains as the shares of Alphabet, Tesla and Netflix rose.

CRYPTO MARKET

Bitcoin fell by 1.96% with a value of $30,100.97 as of 3:00 PM CST, as stated by Coin Metrics.
